A good retreat of silence (2 in fact!)
I have never once in my entire college career or this post-college year ever had a good retreat of silence. That has been kind of annoying. By kind of annoying I mean extremely discouraging. Those who know the context of this understand why.
Today and yesterday I did 2-hour retreats of silence. They were awesome. Not in a mind-blowing revelatory epiphanic way. But in a restful formative way. And...
